Editorial contact
For Wayside Atlas editorial correspondence, write to [email protected]. This address is for corrections, editorial feedback, content questions, website feedback and general inquiries about this independent informational travel resource.
It is not FlixBus support. We cannot access operator bookings, locate a vehicle, amend tickets, process refunds, confirm a current route, resolve luggage claims, give live service updates or act on behalf of FlixBus or any other transportation operator. For an existing or prospective journey, use the relevant operator’s official current support and information channels.
How to send a useful correction
Please include the page title or URL, the wording you believe is inaccurate or unclear, and a link to a reliable current official source where available. Explain the practical consequence: for example, whether a general statement now risks confusing a traveller about station planning, local public transport or document verification. We welcome concise, civil notes and will consider them in line with our correction practice described on About.
Do not send passports, ticket references, payment details, medical information or other sensitive personal information. This static site has no account or secure case-management system, and email is not a suitable channel for urgent travel assistance.
Before you write
- For a current schedule, fare, availability, cancellation, seat, baggage or accessibility arrangement: consult the actual operator’s official source.
- For visa, passport, border or customs requirements: consult competent government or consular authorities.
- For immediate danger, illness or a safety emergency: contact local emergency services or appropriate on-site staff.
- For an article question: read the Guide and FAQ first, then email the editorial address if a question remains.
Wayside Atlas values the specifics that make a travel guide better: a confusingly named terminal, a missing distinction, an unclear phrase. We cannot promise a personal itinerary review or a response time, but careful reader feedback helps keep the map honest.
What this inbox can help with
We can consider a correction to our own wording, clarify the intended scope of an article, receive a note about a broken internal link or hear a general editorial suggestion. We cannot interpret a carrier contract, verify a personal identity document, advise on a visa, arrange mobility assistance or resolve a live delay. Those questions need the organization with the information and authority to answer them.
If you are writing while travelling, keep the message brief and avoid identifiers. A useful subject line might name the article and issue: “Country notes: unclear local-transit wording.” This lets us understand the editorial point without asking you to send a private itinerary. For urgent matters, do not wait for an email response; use the current official operator, accommodation, transport authority or emergency channel appropriate to the situation.
